Torque Creative (part of TTI Power Equipment) is a full-service agency that provides business strategy, design, marketing and technology to some of the world's largest power tools, outdoor power equipment, floor care, and appliance brands.
Torque Creative is looking for aDigital Account Managerto work on all types of interactive/digital and e-commerce projects, ranging from full website builds to scoping and managing complex integrations to ongoing technical development and support of a growing e-commerce ecosystem.
These are major consumer-facing projects, so experience with large-scale interactive projects, digital media, advertising, e-commerce, and marketing is crucial. Our brands are varied and our Account Managers need to be able to move from one project to the next without missing a beat. Our account managers are excited to push themselves to grow quickly with digital trends and be a strategic voice to our clients regarding the latest digital and e-commerce trends; always learning and applying what's learned into successful deliveries.
The Digital Account Manager has day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective management of internal client relationships and managing the client's e-commerce platform, with a focus on driving growth in the e-commerce channel and improving the supporting processes and systems. To do this we expect strong skills in digital project management, effective communication, humble leadership, and collaboration across multiple teams with multiple stakeholders. We also expect our project managers to be adept at all the basics of project management, such as project initiation, budget control, project tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis and quality assurance.
Our client will look to this person to be both a tactical and strategic partner who can help them identify strategic opportunities, translate these opportunities into clearly defined, achievable initiatives, and successfully lead these initiatives to completion. A strong technical understanding of how e-commerce platforms work and how systems integrate is a must.
This role requires an expert at focusing on the detail, being thoroughly "buttoned-down" and on top of all aspects of projects, while remaining focused on the bigger picture at all times. A deep understanding of the principles of digital, e-commerce, and traditional client services and project management, with appropriate methodologies, processes and tools is truly vital.
Primary Job Responsibilities
●Experience managing a robust e-commerce platform (e.g. Magento 2)
●End-to-end understanding of e-commerce (from inventory to shipping to customer service) and the systems that support the entire e-commerce channel
●Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of projects within an account (e.g. website development, email marketing campaigns, etc.) to agreed scope, timings, budget and quality.
●Assess client needs and team challenges proactively to create and enable effective solutions
●Be available for irregular off-normal-hour communication and work
●Oversee project estimation, scope, and schedule
●Be the hub of communication for the project -- in regular contact with internal and external partners engaged in delivering our product
●Open new jobs
●Traffic open jobs (i.e. routing files, proofs, approvals, QA, etc.)
●Manage internal and external resources including managers, designers and developers
●Maintains client/team status reports
●Proactively communicate job status to team and client as appropriate
●Proactively communicate with team for scheduling of shared resources
●Stay on top of projects and know the status of timings, key milestones, budgets, resourcing etc. at all times.
●Understand and deliver project reporting (I.e. Alignment with estimates/budgets, user stats, etc.)
●Manage billing of project invoices
●Communicate to executive team overall health of assigned accounts and projects

●Experience working with the Magento ecommerce platform
●Strong understanding of the digital and traditional landscape and project types
●Strong communication and presentation skills
●Proficient on a MAC computer
