Torque Creative (part of TTI Power Equipment) is a full-service agency that provides business strategy, design, marketing, social support and technology to some of the world's largest power tools, outdoor power equipment, floor care, and appliance brands.
Torque Creative is looking for a Digital Designer to work on assorted digital projects that help to craft a strong visual presence for our brands across multiple web platforms. These are major consumer facing brands, so experience with large-scale brand web support is crucial. With quick and active projects for multiple brands, designers need to be able to move from one project to the next without missing a beat. Our designers are excited to push themselves to grow quickly with digital trends; always learning and applying what's learned into successful deliveries.
The Day To Day:
Daily, the Digital Designer will be focused on designing digital ads, emails and responsive website properties. They will work to meet expectations while driving aggressive deadlines, budgets and project goals. They will be required to evaluate project requirements to make sound decisions and recommendations regarding approach and design while effectively communicating with a team of designers, project managers, developers, and marketing.
A large percentage of the day to day will be spent designing in Photoshop and Illustrator.
The Primary Items We're Looking For:
·You can work within a team to create a visual consistency across all digital platforms. This includes but isn't limited to the designing responsive sites, landing pages, platform branding elements, emails, posts, ads, and specialty content.
·You have strong experience supporting the UI / UX design within ecommerce platforms.
·You have experience working with a b-to-c retail business / brand.
·You can work within a team to establish campaigns that elevate the brands and increase effectiveness.
·You actively search out new technology and platform incites to the brands for consideration.
·You are a fast learner and love keeping up with digital trends.
·You care about web accessibility and usability.
·You've can develop wireframes and sitemaps to assist in the definition of your projects.
·You're an expert with at Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
