Job Summary:

One World Technologies, Inc. dba TTI Power Equipment, has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for anImaging Department Coordinatorthat will provide administrative and logistical help to photo and video producers. Primary Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Manage all invoicing coming through for Photo and Video Jobs by making sure our invoicing template is being followed by our vendors.

  • Work closely with accounting to make sure vendors are being paid correctly and on time.

  • Work with Office Administrator to set up new vendors and keep their contacts updated in File Maker.

  • Push last minute vendor checks through accounting for video shoots.

  • Manage the Purchase card process for all p-card holders on our team. This consists of scanning all receipts into FM jobs as well as keeping up with BOA statements and alerting us to charges that are incorrect.

  • Keeping track of all model tool credits for end of year tax spreadsheet as well as getting tools to models when needed.

  • Helping to keep model database up to date.

  • Helping to get gift cards to locations when needed as well as keep the locations database updated.


Contractor Responsibilities

  • Maintaining all contractor calendars, confirming their availabilities and updating them when projects change shoot dates.

  • Helping all contractors through the invoicing process and making sure they get badges and get paid on time.

  • Keeping all contractor contacts up to date in FM.

PA / Producer Assistance

  • Act as PA on shoots when needed.

  • Helping with shoots by ordering, organizing and cleaning up from meals and craft.

  • Helping producers source locations or internal talents for shoots

  • Restocking our location bags and makging sure we have essential talent items

  • Taking laundry to be cleaned and re-organizing the wardrobe area.

  • Aquiring props when needed as well as returning tools to product group when they are in studio for too long.

  • Following up on FileMaker filing of paperwork, contracts and other information.


  • 4 year degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • Must have some Accounting familiarity

  • Prefer experience with film sets and crew responsibilities
