Job Summary:

One World Technologies, Inc dba TTI Power Equipment, has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for aSr. Electrical Engineerthat is responsible and accountable for all technical contributions on assigned electrical new and complex development programs, research investigations and support of mature products. This individual is an expert in most aspects of functional duties, able to train and develop less senior electrical engineers, and contributes to the advancement of the basic business processes associated with the functional area. Primary Responsibilities

·Responsible for all electrical contributions on assigned new product development programs, research investigations and support of mature products. Industry leader experience and capable of multiple project leadership.

·Drive evolution of electrical elements of product function to interpret consumer/value driven design guides and fulfill cost, timing and reliability goals.

·Lead, using Concurrent Product Development philosophies, the design of electrical architecture and innovation suitable for high volume manufacturing processes. Provide overall direction, including written and verbal instructions to design team members as needed to create and develop technical data package.

·Analyze, evaluate and select from design execution alternatives. Prove designs selected fulfill specification objectives and implement designs into product for mass production. Able to adjust communications to support success.

·Accountable for electrical elements of product execution including integration of design into product to meet specification, safety, regulatory and standards compliance. Mentors junior engineers.

·Write general and detailed specifications (i.e., product, performance and testing specifications).

·Develop phase-based prototype, development plan, and test program to prove merit of technical concepts specification compliance.

·Check and approve electrical/electronic technical data package; complete documentation including Engineering Change Masters and Bills of Material.

·Drive quality compliance as related to design work. Utilize appropriate design development tools and techniques such as Value and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, Design for Manufacture, Assembly and Inspection, CAD Analysis and 3D Design Tools.

Requirements

·BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Advanced degree desirable.

·Minimum of 6 years' experience

·Should include two years' experience in project management of multiple programs.

·Experience in Li-Ion battery management and/or brushless motor control is desired

·Ability to communicate across all functional areas and internationally.

·Works with a sense of urgency, initiative and has the ability to work independently.

·Experience in international travel desired.
